 Halton Support Services Respite Program-Camp Funds Available for 2013/2014 The Halton Support Services Respite Program has received limited funds to assist families/caregivers with costs related to sending their child to camp. If you would like to apply for these funds, please fill out the form below or contact us for a form to be sent to you. Forms must be returned to Halton Support Services by Sunday April 14, 2013.
